Her experience encompasses an impressive array of areas including: operations, revenue and expense management, marketing and census development, high level relationship building, clinical and niche program development, clinical management, physician management, financial oversight, expense management, staffing management, market research, analysis, and strategy, bank and investor relations, acquisitions, facility turnarounds and takeovers, business intelligence and reporting development, performance and outcomes management, etc.
